ABOUT KENNY'S LANDING Kenny's Landing is ideally located just off Hwy. 276. With its 1/2 mile lake frontage Kenny's Landing offers a variety of family activities. Fishing, Swimming, boating and picnicking are just a few of the many fun things offered. A 150' pier is available for fishing, boat docking or just enjoying the beautiful sunset. On the pier is a gas pump for fueling your boat and jet skis. ONLY 30 MILES FROM CANTON, TEXAS AND FIRST MONDAY.	LAKE TAWAKONI A 57 square mile lake with over 200 miles of shoreline that has approximately 35,000 surface acres. The lake borders on Hunt, Rains and Van Zandt counties. It also supplies water for several surrounding towns including the city of Dallas. The sabine River Authority of Texas manages, controls and operates the reservoir. Lake Tawakoni is well stocked with large mouth bass, sand bass, crappie, catfish and other varieties of fish. Bass tournaments are held annually February though September. So come fish to your heart's content - day or night at Kenny's Landing!
